近日，濟(jì)南國(guó)際傳播中心組織來自日本、英國(guó)、泰國(guó)、肯尼亞等不同國(guó)家的10位外籍友人，深度探訪濟(jì)南泉麥酒業(yè)景區(qū)及泉澄精釀產(chǎn)業(yè)園。通過“文化體驗(yàn)+工業(yè)旅游+節(jié)氣互動(dòng)”的形式，向全球網(wǎng)友展現(xiàn)濟(jì)南精釀文化的獨(dú)特魅力與城市開放包容的國(guó)際化形象。

　　Recently, the Jinan International Communication Center organized a group of 10 foreign guests from Japan, the UK, Thailand, Kenya, and other countries to deeply explore the Quanmai Brewery Scenic Area and Quancheng Craft Brewery Industrial Park. Through a blend of "cultural experiences, industrial tourism, and seasonal festival interactions," the event showcased Jinan’s unique craft beer culture and its open, inclusive international image to global audiences。

　　啤酒博物館——解碼千年釀造智慧

　　首站，外籍友人們?cè)跐?jì)南啤酒博物館開啟“時(shí)空穿梭之旅”。從古埃及啤酒壁畫到現(xiàn)代精釀工藝，在泉麥酒業(yè)副總經(jīng)理閆英島的介紹下，他們沉浸式感受啤酒文明的演變史。在“精釀實(shí)驗(yàn)室”互動(dòng)區(qū)，日本友人戶田有亮駐足于濟(jì)南百年啤酒文化展區(qū)，輕撫老式酒桶模型：“每一滴酒都像在講述濟(jì)南的故事�！�

　　Beer Museum: Decoding Millennia of Brewing Wisdom

　　The first stop saw the international guests embark on a "time-travel journey" at Jinan Beer Museum. From ancient Egyptian beer murals to modern craft brewing techniques, guided by Yan Yingdao, Deputy General Manager of Quanmai Brewery, they immersed themselves in the evolution of beer civilization. In the interactive "Craft Lab" zone, Japanese visitor Toda Yusuke lingered at the century-old Jinan beer culture exhibit, gently touching a vintage beer barrel replica: "Each drop of beer seems to tell a story of Jinan."

　　隨后，代表團(tuán)走進(jìn)智能化精釀車間，參觀全球領(lǐng)先的雙糖化系統(tǒng)、近百個(gè)發(fā)酵罐及全自動(dòng)灌裝線，近距離觀察德國(guó)GEA離心機(jī)、荷蘭濱特爾過濾機(jī)等尖端設(shè)備運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

　　Smart Brewery: Decoding the "Six Arts of Quancheng" Core Competence

　　Next, the delegation entered the smart craft brewing workshop, touring the globally leading dual mashing system, nearly 100 fermentation tanks, and fully automated bottling line. They observed up close the operation of cutting-edge equipment such as German GEA centrifuges and Dutch Pentair filtration systems. 

　　春分雅集——自然與匠心的時(shí)空對(duì)話

　　恰逢春分節(jié)氣，外籍友人參與了“春分雅集”文化體驗(yàn)等現(xiàn)場(chǎng)互動(dòng)小游戲，感受科技與傳統(tǒng)的跨界融合。英國(guó)籍友人林愛表示：“如果將泉水符號(hào)融入酒標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)，打造‘喝得到的城市名片’，感覺也是非常有意思的一種嘗試�！�

　　本次探訪活動(dòng)不僅是一次工業(yè)旅游的創(chuàng)新嘗試，更搭建起濟(jì)南與國(guó)際的文化對(duì)話橋梁。正如泉麥酒業(yè)副總經(jīng)理閆英島所言：“我們希望通過精釀這一世界語言，讓全球網(wǎng)友看見一個(gè)傳統(tǒng)與科技交融、熱情與匠心并存的濟(jì)南�！蔽磥�，泉澄精釀還將聯(lián)合海外酒廠推出聯(lián)名款，進(jìn)一步拓展國(guó)際“朋友圈”。

　　Spring Equinox Cultural Salon: A Dialogue Between Nature and Craftsmanship

　　Coinciding with the Spring Equinox solar term, international guests engaged in interactive activities at the "Spring Equinox Cultural Salon," experiencing the fusion of technology and tradition. British participant Lin Ai remarked, "Incorporating spring water motifs into beer label designs to create a drinkable city emblem would be a fascinating experiment."

　　This exploration activity not only marked an innovative experiment in industrial tourism but also built a cultural dialogue bridge between Jinan and the world.
